Very fast turn around time, fast shipping, however the mount didn't fit perfectly. I understand its 3D printed, but we had to secure the doorbell camera with double sided tape as well to make sure it didn't slip off. I did confirm before hand of the exact doorbell camera to make sure the mount worked, but it is serving its purpose Only reason its a 4 out of 5 instead :) Will shop here again!

Perfect customizable mount for my Ring Pro Doorbell. I wanted to use my existing doorbell wires, but the exterior trim that framed my doorway entrance where the doorbell was previously mounted, had a very narrow (3/4") flat-spot, so the mount that came with my Ring Pro doorbell, was too wide and wouldn't mount flat... Perfect Buzzer made me a perfect fixed mount that attached perfectly to the Ring Pro and then to the narrow moulding on my house. Perfect Buzzer was even able to angle it 7.5 degrees to the left, with only a 1/4" extension from the building. Excellent communication with customer service via text with any questions that I had too!
Owner was very easy to work with - was able to talk by phone and text to meet our needs - perfect customer service. The mount was super easy to install and is the perfect solution to our sideways doorbell. Door clears the doorbell easily. Highly recommend this company!
